The Chasm
This document describes the events that occurred when we investigated what looked like there where going to be an attack against the guilds. It started with cryptic messages in the news paper over several sessions an a bit of information here and there and ended with a grand explosion that opened up a large chasm in the middle of the city, almost destroying Orzhova.

This played out over a long time, we where given small about of information over a long time that there was something going on. Someone where planning to do something against the guilds and there was a clear threat against Orzhovia. We tried to talk with the guildpact and Orzhow to get help but ended up investigating this our self.
We realized that there where encoded messages inside The Ravnica Standard. Looking back we realized that this went several issues back and there where someone instructing someone to cause destruction to the current formation of the Guild Pact. The living Guild Pact, Jace, was still missing at this point (he had been missing since we started playing).
Slowly things started to come together and we found old Izzet blueprints about an old canceled underground railway going from the smelting district all the way to New Prahv. The tunnel went really close to Orzhova and we found indications that this sounded like the intended target from the encoded messages in the newspaper.

This was during the Festival of the Guild Pact that did distract us a little with fun activities where we investigated this conspiracy theory deeper.
Project lighting bug ∾
We visited the lab of Raul who was involved in a project that attached an tracker to people. This was a project instructed to Raul by Niv Mizzet. The idea was to track people that they beveled "could jump to other planes of existence", back then a crazy conspiracy theory.
The Race ∾
We played a mini game in a session racing cars, there where a few nice cash rewards here that a few members of the group got. This was also one of the first public events that we did as a group even of some of us took a more discrete role in the race.
Xovus found his way in to the race by convincing the eccentric relative Howdy that there where an economic gain by letting me borrowing the racing car he pays for.
Gore House ∾
We visited the Gore House and was thrown in the arena and had to fight of a few fighters. We also got the chance to see Rakdos him self watching the show. We found Raul down in one of the bars outside the arena and we talked about his project and the conspiracy theory and the danger to the guilds. He was the one that pointed out and helped us with the secret messages in the news paper.
The Ravnica Standard's office ∾
We investigated how the secret messages got imprinted to the newspaper by visiting the Ravnica Standard's office. There we met the person behind it, Mr Taz and his co-conspirators Raul and Krenko. Whey all had different motives behind destroying, or rather disturbing the guild pact. Raul was reveled to be a plane walker, a person that can jump between planes. Jace is a plane walker to and he may be lost in another plane, that would explain why he can't be found at Ravnica.
They had a plan to restore the real magic of the guild pact, the old guild pact before the living guild pact was needed. But to harness the magic needed to restore it again they needed to destroy the new pact, and kill several guild leaders to harness the needed magic.
Raul and Taz did it for the "grater good of Ravnica" and Krenko mostly for money and influence.
We where invited to join, we did not. They let us go after, feeling that there was a possibility that we could be useful, and maybe change out minds later on.
The Tunnel ∾
We finally found our way to a warehouse in the smelting district where we found a gang of guildless gobblings guarding the entrance to the tunnel. After we took care of them we entered the tunnel and finally found or way to the explosives that where scattered all the way in the tunnel. They where almost ready to lit it and blow it! We started to fight them and this triggered a to early explosion that really should have killed us... but instead we sparked!
